Opportunity: This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and closely collaborates with cross-functional teams across digital, social, PR, promotions and product development teams. This Brand Marketing Manager role will be instrumental in helping to develop and execute on the company's 360° brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent, innovative messaging across digital, social, retail, and PR channels, lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating a holistic approach that maximizes brand impact and consumer engagement, while partnering with our data and insights team to ensure brand decisions are made with best-in-class data-driven understandings. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6-7 years of related experience; or advanced degree with 4 years of experience; or equivalent work experience. Skincare or Beauty experience desired. Proven expertise in creating and executing 360° campaigns across all consumer touchpoints. Strong understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage partnerships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and ability to communicate simply and succinctly. Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT. Responsibilities: Ability to collect, analyze and derive business and/or customer insights working with the insights and analytics team to shape strategic brand positioning and identify opportunities for disruptive campaigns. Stay attuned to industry trends and emerging channels, translating insights into actionable ideas that drive brand differentiation and relevance. Serve as a brand leader within the organization, driving collaboration with Product Development, Creative, Integrated Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive, impactful campaigns. Partner with Digital and Retail Marketing teams to execute omnichannel strategies that enhance the brand experience across all touchpoints. Foster external partnerships with creative and marketing agencies, to amplify Rodan and Fields message and mission. Solid critical thinking with proven expertise in problem solving. Solid understanding of different marketing disciplines and channels (i.e. digital, social, loyalty, PR). Ability to effectively partner, motivate and inspire cross-functional stakeholders (particularly creative) and outside vendors. Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment. Self-starter, self-managed, highly accountable, creative, enthusiastic, and engaging leader, and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment and desire to make an impact. Emotional and Business maturity, and executive presence. Intellectually curious and have lots of horsepower. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
