As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the documentation team supporting innovative drone technology. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Create, manage, and update a library of technical documentation, including flight operations manuals and maintenance manuals. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations leaders to ensure documentation accuracy and usability. Develop and implement content standards, workflows, and best practices for documentation processes. Translate technical specifications into operator-focused content for non-technical audiences. Review and incorporate feedback from users to improve documentation and support materials. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of technical writing experience, ideally with FAA-regulated manuals. Proven expertise in creating operator-focused documentation for complex machinery. Proficiency with MadCap Flare or HTML and CSS. Ability to work on-site in Seattle on a weekly basis.
