About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will use your CADWorx expertise to design new products, improve existing ones, and ensure cost-effective and reliable solutions. You’ll collaborate with other engineering professionals to ensure that production is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. Your role will directly influence the success of engineering projects and drive impactful changes across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design & Improvement : Use CADWorx to design new products and improve existing ones, focusing on cost efficiency and product reliability.

  • Collaboration : Work closely with other engineering team members to ensure smooth project execution and on-time completion.

  • ISO Generation & Checking : Create and verify ISOs to ensure compliance with standards and enhance design integrity.

  • P&ID Drafting : Utilize P&ID drafting capabilities to support the design and modification of systems.

  • Leadership : Lead or direct teams in engineering projects, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.

  • Problem-Solving : Apply your expertise to troubleshoot challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with CADWorx, particularly in generating ISOs and checking.

  • Solid P&ID drafting capabilities.

  • Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Proven experience in driving product improvements and enhancing cost efficiency and reliability.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and lead engineering projects to success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the field or a related area.

  • A background in leading teams or managing engineering projects.

  • Strong judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
