Liskow, a law firm with offices in Louisiana, Texas, and New York, seeks a Marketing Assistant to join its marketing and business development team. The Marketing Assistant position supports the marketing projects and initiatives for the firm’s five offices and 150 attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain marketing files and documents.
- Support the planning and execution of firm events, seminars, and webinars.
- Assist in digital marketing efforts, including email marketing and website updates.
- Maintain and coordinate inventory of branded collateral and promotional items.
- Assist in maintaining marketing databases, including marketing lists and contact information.
- Assist with PR initiatives and maintain media lists in the firm’s CRM.
- Assist with reporting and research using various systems, including the firm’s litigation research platform, accounting database, and CRM.
- Assist with research for client and potential client requests.
- Assist with firm blog postings and maintain the firm’s various blog sites.
- Assist the department with onboarding attorneys, including ordering business cards, uploading bios, and scheduling portraits.
- Maintain firm data and event folders in the CRM and email marketing system.
- Support various CRM projects, including handling data deduplications, undeliverable emails, and standardization activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sponsorships and marketing requests for expenditures.
- Fill tables/tickets at sponsored events and record attendance in the firm’s CRM.
- Update and maintain the firm’s hotel corporate rates document.
- Assist with diversity reporting and tracking.
- Coordinate ticket usage for client entertainment initiatives.
- Create and distribute firm surveys as needed.
- Update and maintain the marketing page hosted on the firm's internal Intranet.
- Coordinate and process marketing-related expenses.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools and e-marketing platforms is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
