gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self-help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers' business and marketing needs along with complex technical and measurement solutions.

The Ads Content and Quality Operations team is a high-priority focus area for Google’s Ads business. In this team, you will work on curating and reviewing content for millions of ads and ad extensions, thus making ads more useful to users and helping advertisers meet their business objectives. You will be responsible for working closely with the Engineering, Product, and Operations teams as a trusted advisor and partner in delivering the desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Ads programs in partnership with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, including experiments, AI model development and tuning, and new product launches.
  • Develop new services, processes, tools, and frameworks to speed up Ads product development cycles.
  • Manage the development of new workflows, including guidelines, calibration, process definition, and quality review of human evaluation datasets.
  • Translate product insights and business needs into a program and product operational strategy, collaborating with service delivery managers.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, improve operational quality and product performance through data analysis and process improvements, and influence stakeholders based on developed insights.
