About the Role
We are looking for a Pixel Artist with the ability to make 2D animations according to ChronoCraft’s unique design standards. Your work will involve sketching, blueprinting, and texturing monsters, creatures, characters, weapons, furniture, wearables, User Interfaces, and more. You’ll also create 2D effect animations. You’ll be working remotely. As an early team member, you'll have a seat at the table helping grow and influence the company as we expand.
Role Responsibilities
- Sketching & blueprinting various characters and items
- Texturing UVs on 3D Models
- Creating 2D effect animations
- Designing menus and other UI elements
Needed Skills
- At least 2-5 years of Pixel Art experience in a professional capacity.
- Good understanding of color theory and composition.
- Experience with UVs
- A portfolio of your work included in your application.
- Ability to work remotely with diligence and minimal supervision
- Being a self-starter; you proactively seek new tasks instead of waiting to be assigned them.
- A positive mindset that views challenges as opportunities.
Your Workflow
- Two-week sprints with weekly team meetings to review and adjust tasks.
- All work undergoes review to ensure it meets ChronoCraft’s design standards.
- Prior to investor funding, you will work part-time. After securing funding, you’ll work full-time.
About ChronoCraft
ChronoCraft is an upcoming game platform where users can create worlds, stories, minigames, and adventures. At launch, it will feature an MMO server to attract users and showcase the platform's innovative features and creative potential.

- Plans to integrate NFT collectibles and crypto transactions, tapping into another multi-billion-dollar market in the future.
- We are preparing to approach investors in the coming months to secure funding now that we are in a good place for team expansion.
- We are committed to launching it ourselves regardless, which puts us in a strong negotiating position with investors.
- Pre-funding team members will receive equity. After funding, developers will initially earn $50-80k salaries. After profits, salary increases and bonuses will be given. This is your chance to get in with equity before it shifts to salary-only.
