Job Description Summary
Building Ambassadors are responsible for assisting employees, contingent workers, and guests with navigating their new workplace environment. Building Ambassadors will assist in protecting the workforce by providing a compassionate presence, keen sense of awareness, and a hospitable nature.
Additionally, Building Ambassadors will effectively support daily operations and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and becoming an integral part of shaping the Workplace experience through service delivery consistency, excellence, establishing trust, and promoting a client-centric awareness that aligns with workplace culture and expectations. Building Ambassadors are to report any discrepancies to the ISI building lead, as well as any other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Greets and directs all employees and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Provides a very positive and professional first impression to visitors.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures, following all safety and security protocols.
- Ensures that all complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions from employees are addressed and conducts follow-ups if needed.
- Cultivates relationships with employees to better understand their requirements and improve the Workplace’s ability to address them.
- Ensures that all designated signage is in its proper location within their designated site.
- Conducts daily building inspections and reports any observed facilities items that need to be addressed to the CW facilities team, such as repairs, carpet spills, etc.
- Monitors and tracks e-waste levels in the building and contacts the proper team for disposal of collection sites.
- Monitors and tracks battery waste levels in the building and contacts the proper team for disposal of collection sites as required.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is: $28.00 - $28.00. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
