ShopMy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Creator Support team within our Creator Experience Business Unit. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional support to our creators, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed on our platform. This position will focus on assisting creators through various support channels, providing timely answers to inquiries, and educating them on how to maximize their earnings. The Creator Experience team is a key component of ShopMy’s commitment to our creator community, offering assistance, guidance, and education to empower creators at every step of their journey with us.

The compensation for this role will be between $60,000-$80,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for creator inquiries through our help channels (including email and chat), ensuring timely and professional responses to a variety of questions and requests.
  • Provide direct support through one-on-one calls with creators when issues are challenging to resolve over email or chat, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through platform features.
  • Assist the Creator Relations team in supporting their cohort of VIP Creators, by acting as a support resource wherever necessary.
  • Document common inquiries to contribute to an internal knowledge base, enhancing our support resources and enabling efficient resolutions for future inquiries.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer facing/service role, preferably at a high growth SaaS company.
  • Efficient, self-motivated, and collaborative.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Keen ability to diagnose problems and present potential action-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and comfort executing under tight deadlines and urgent requests.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; knowledge of SQL and Shopify and POS systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MailChimp and other communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of the creator economy and affiliate market.

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. New York Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 USD
