Responsibilities
- Assist showroom customers in selections and purchases with the goal of developing long-term relationships
- Work with customers to determine their interior design needs according to lifestyle, taste and budget
- Translate customer desires from an initial idea into a working design and ultimately into a finished product
- Use in-home design consultations to develop customer relationships and maximize selling opportunities
- Manage and execute all stages of the sales process from opportunity through design, assembly and delivery to ensure superior customer satisfaction
- Optimize sales through exceptional customer service
