Job Summary:
As a Graphics Production Associate, you will assist the Graphics Manager in day-to-day operations of our graphics production room. This role involves operating advanced printing and application equipment, preparing graphics files for production, and contributing to the creation of high-quality signage.

We are looking to add a committed, detail-oriented Sign Installer to our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Graphics Room Operations: Assist with daily graphics production tasks, including the operation of wide format printers, vinyl plotters, laminators, and application equipment.
- File Preparation: Prepare graphics files for production using various RIP software (e.g., Onyx, Versaworks).
- Printer Operation: Operate wide format, roll-to-roll, and flatbed printers, including loading materials (up to 50 pounds), conducting routine machine operations, troubleshooting, and performing general maintenance.
- Sign Creation: Design and create a variety of signage types according to client specifications.
- Laminating: Operate pressure laminating equipment while adhering to standard safety precautions.
- Additional Support Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: No prior sign installation experience required, but a background in construction, skilled trades, or a similar field is a plus.
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation.
- Physical Abilities: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., working outdoors in various weather conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable with basic tools and willing to learn technical skills.
- Soft Skills: Reliable, team-focused, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as drills, saws, and tape measures.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols for construction or installation work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
