We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who is a creative, data-driven leader passionate about social media and brand storytelling to lead our clients' social strategy, create compelling content, and grow their community. This in-office role based in Santa Monica requires a creative storyteller with strong leadership and collaboration skills to elevate our brand and drive engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute social media campaigns to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
2. Create, curate, and manage multimedia content aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
3. Lead community engagement by responding to comments and fostering relationships.
4. Oversee photoshoots, content production, and final edits for campaigns.
5. Manage marketing briefs for email, web, ads, and social channels.
6. Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
7. Stay updated on trends and implement innovative approaches to drive growth.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, and creatives.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 7+ years of social media management experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle.
2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.
3. Proficient in social tools (Hootsuite, Dash Hudson, Google Analytics) and SEO.
4. Exceptional storytelling and visual content creation skills.
5. Experience with influencer marketing and team management.
6. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
