Job Title: Senior Motion Designer

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire

Location: Englewood, CO 80112

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.24 Hourly

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animations for social media, broadcast, and digital platforms.
2. Pitch and clearly articulate concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, explaining the visual direction, motion and animation approach, and end results.
3. Utilize video editing, color correction/grading, sound design, and VFX to enhance final deliverables.
4. Maintain a deep technical understanding of video post-production and motion design requirements across various platforms.
5. Deliver video and motion design solutions that align with the brand's creative direction and objectives.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in motion design, video editing, video production or a related creative role.
2. Online portfolio of work and reel displaying a diverse range of motion and video projects.
3. Proven expertise in motion design and post-production programs.
4. Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
5. Moderate to proficient understanding of Cinema 4D and Figma.
6. Strong skills in video editing, sound design, VFX, Mograph and technical motion workflows.
7. Experience with motion AI prompting and creation preferred.
8. Videography, video production and photography is a plus.
