UI/UX Design Lead (Pega Constellation + Angular):

1. Develop and define scalable UI/UX library and comprehensive design framework for enterprise applications.
2. Establish and maintain design standards for both internal Pega UIs and external client-facing interfaces.
3. Structure and optimize internal Pega screens through collaboration with business teams.
4. Design and implement external presentation layer using Angular while ensuring seamless Pega integration.

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications):

1. Experience in UI/UX design for enterprise applications.
2. Experience with Pega UI design, particularly Constellation framework.
3. Experience in Angular development and front-end design principles.
4. Experience creating and implementing UI component libraries and design systems.
5. Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative design.
