What You’ll Do
- Call Preparation, Facilitation, & Follow-Up: Collaborate with other key team members to prepare content that aligns with DAO priorities (governance decisions, deal flow, community updates, investment opportunities) and reflects current member discussions.
- Distribute essential materials at least 24 hours in advance, set clear timing guidelines, and ensure all planned topics are addressed on schedule.
- During calls, guide the agenda, encourage broad participation, promptly address technical issues, and maintain a focused, productive conversation.
- After each call, provide structured feedback on what worked and what can be improved, document follow-up actions within 24 hours, and share concise recaps that keep members informed and aligned.
- Identify recurring challenges and implement process improvements to standardize call preparation and execution across all DAOs.
- Conduct quarterly training or feedback sessions with DAO Leads and Support Specialists to maintain operational excellence.
- Document and disseminate best practices for DAO call management, increasing production quality and streamlining the participant experience.
- Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement: Regularly track attendance, engagement, and satisfaction metrics, increasing average call attendance and engagement.
- Monitor and report on performance indicators—such as call start/end times, agenda alignment, participant engagement, and follow-up completion—to DAO Leads, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Strive for continuous refinement of the call process, ensuring calls remain strategically aligned, productive, and valuable to the DAO’s governance, investment decisions, and community-building efforts.
Requirements
