12-month Contract +
Schedule: 24-36 hours per day during core business hours
Pay rate: $35+ per hour

What’s a typical day as a Corporate Library Technician? You’ll be:
· Maintaining accurate records of library inventory and ensuring efficient management of library resources.
· Performing routine maintenance and organization of library spaces, including collection integration and shifting to optimize space.
· Managing the circulation of library materials, including checkouts, returns, renewals, requests, and reshelves.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
· Have previous experience working in a library or information center (must have).
· Possess strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills (must have).
· Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills (must have).
· Are proficient with the Windows operating system and basic computer applications – Word, Excel, Outlook And SharePoint (must have).
· Hold an Associate's degree or coursework in library science or a related field (preferred).
· Have familiarity with library management software (e.g., Ex Libris Alma/Primo VE) and digital media (preferred).
