We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Content Assistant who brings a sense of urgency and a team-player mentality to our marketing team. The Marketing Content Assistant will work on-site at our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ, three days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining days.
What you will be doing:
- Support all aspects of photography and videography.
- Assist in enlisting, hiring, and managing outside vendors, including photographers, videographers, and studios.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Design Logistics, CX, Supply Chain, and other colleagues to secure necessary resources and materials for shoots.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, furnishings, and props.
- Assist in developing and maintaining shot lists and schedules.
- Organize and distribute physical and digital marketing assets.
- Maintain physical sample libraries.
- Ensure compliance with digital file naming conventions.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of delivered information, images, and files.
- Upload assets to the appropriate drive or DAM, following proper tagging conventions.
- Communicate with internal production and logistics teams regarding collateral receiving.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Content team.
- Assist in the development and management of production schedules.
- Monitor projects and tasks in the task management system.
- Vet and assign tasks and projects among the team.
- Submit print ads to publishers.
- Serve as the primary contact for team requests.
- Maintain documentation on processes and best practices.
- Assist in proofing all marketing assets.
- Submit and track invoices.
- Manage the budget.
Must Have:
- Experience or interest in marketing content production
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proactive, innovative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to think creatively about processes and systems improvements
- Familiarity with required software (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Premiere Elements, Dimension, Lightroom, XD, DAM)
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for storytelling and bringing ideas to life
- Strong point of view and passion for collaboration
