Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator at Health Law Alliance in Springfield, NJ. You will be responsible for coordinating client consultations and engagements, documenting engagements, and organizing digital files associated with clients. The ideal candidate will have a marketing background and/or relevant marketing experience, either as a marketing associate or director, with skills in google advertising, bulk email and newsletters, website and blog management, and content generation. Ideal Qualifications Proficiency in Excel, Word, Canva, Google Analytics, Webflow, Klaviyo Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in the healthcare or legal industry is a plus Bachelor's Degree and relevant marketing experience
