Graphic Artist / Studio Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Artist & Creative Support:
• Assist in creating visually appealing content for digital media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, advertisements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine creative concepts and layouts for various projects.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
• Assist in creation of consumer crafts. Work well with your hands to create artistic content for digital use.
• Photography & Video:
• Support photographers & cinematographers during photo shoots, including setting up lighting, props, and backgrounds, and assisting with camera operations.
• Help capture high-quality images for different purposes, such as product photography, lifestyle shoots, and corporate events.
• Participate in the post-production process, including photo editing, retouching, and color correction using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop..
• General Support:
• Help maintain and organize studio equipment and space.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling and coordinating shoots.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during shoots and interactions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Cinematography, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Photography Skills: Basic knowledge of photography techniques and camera equipment.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in both graphic design and photography.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks such as moving equipment and setting up shoots.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience or internships in graphic design and/or photography.
• A portfolio showcasing your design and photography work.
• Familiarity with current design and photography trends and techniques.
