• Assist in developing design concepts and details for luxury destinations, working both independently and under the guidance of a Senior Designer.
• Embrace all phases of the design process, from conceptual sketches to detailed drawings, construction documents, and client presentations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team, including team members, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, nurturing their talent and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
• Play a key role in business development, identifying potential clients and showcasing the firm's capabilities.
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to adapt your leadership style, working both independently on smaller projects and collaboratively under a lead architect for larger initiatives.
