Contract Duration : 01/16/2025 – 07/15/2025 (No extension or conversion to permanent) Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Remote Eligibility : Partial (Hybrid role; 3 days onsite required) Interview Process : Round 3: Interview Loop with 3 Team Members Overview of a Typical Day Review campaign performance metrics from the previous day, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, MQLs, and pipeline contributions. Optimize ongoing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, including keyword adjustments, budget reallocation, and bid strategy updates. Attend team stand-up or alignment meetings to discuss priorities, challenges, and performance updates. Analyze data from Google Analytics and campaign platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop or refine ad copy, test variations, and set up A/B tests to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall campaign goals and messaging. Create and update detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommended optimizations. Research industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest paid search best practices. Prepare for upcoming meetings, including drafting strategic recommendations for campaign enhancements. Key Skills and Requirements Preferred Skills: Several years of experience managing SEM campaigns (preferably in B2B settings). Proficiency with Search Ads 360 (SA360). Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics. Must-Have Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS). Proven ability to manage complex budgets and bidding strategies effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven paid search strategies aligned with business goals. Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. Analyze performance metrics to make data-informed adjustments for maximum ROI. Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Stay updated on paid search trends and best practices, applying them to campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years in B2B SaaS verticals. 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience with a strong success record. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
