We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing intern to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing and property management operations. The intern will support marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents, engage current residents, and enhance the overall brand presence of our properties. Below is a listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Position Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in real estate or property management is preferred.
- Assist in developing and designing marketing materials.
- Create engaging social media posts and content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties for promotional purposes.
- Update and maintain property listings on company websites and third-party platforms.
- Optimize content for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and website traffic to improve campaigns.
- Help plan and execute events, open houses, and property tours.
- Create promotional materials and invitations for events.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market.
- Research target demographics to improve marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating communication strategies to keep residents informed and engaged.
- Organize and manage the property's digital and physical marketing materials.
- Track and manage marketing budgets and invoices.
