Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive our brand's growth. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee all aspects of advertising, including print advertising, digital campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and enhance advertising sales efforts.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content that supports marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
• Write persuasive copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful campaign management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong skills in copywriting and content creation across multiple formats.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and print advertising strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams effectively.
