The Service Writer serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate communication of service needs, and efficient workflow within the dealership. This role involves coordinating vehicle service requests, creating repair orders, providing cost estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to General Motors standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a service writer, service advisor, or similar role, preferably with GM vehicles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management software - CDK Drive
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
