As a User Experience Designer, you will be part of the Enterprise Experience Design (EXD) organization supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional creativity, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs. Collaborate with technology partners to plan and design new features. Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes for user testing. Advocate for users and ensure designs are intuitive and accessible. Participate in design meetings and critiques, providing constructive feedback. What's Needed?
5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design. Exceptional interaction and visual design skills. Experience with design tools such as Axure, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA. Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications is a plus. What's in it for me?
