We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.Pure 111 Medical Aesthetics Spa, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Fairview Heights, IL. This role will be responsible for working together with the doctor and manager of the clinic as well as the corporate marketing team. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop a scalable marketing strategy incorporating both traditional and digital marketing channels, be able to roll that strategy out across the clinic and measure and track data to adjust strategies accordingly.Job Responsibilities:Create a scalable marketing strategy for the clinicAct as liaison with CPP corporate marketing team and time management providing properly branded copy/video/photos for the website, social media, monthly newsletter, in-office events, trainings, and other various marketing strategiesWorking in partnership with aesthetic brands, develop creative communications to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsConceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and patient lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channelsManage content and updates for patient and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales supportGather patient and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase patient conversions, and generate more qualified leadsIdentify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordinglyPresent ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsManagement of website including general functionality; reviewing accuracy and branding of copy whether print, video, audio along with the ease of navigation, speed via desktop and/or mobile devicesManagement of social media plan (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.) and website marketing having the authority to work with and assign copy and video tasks to physician/providers and other office staff with deadlinesLearn and utilize NexTech EMR software to become fluent in the utilization of patient/MD/provider schedule, referral/marketing promotion tracking, reporting and data exports, reviewing NexSpa VIP program tracking capabilitiesIdentifies and presents local and regional opportunities for advertising channels including speaking engagement assignments for physician and providers, creating individual community involvement from scheduling to tracking the success of eventsManagement of event planning through execution; associated event driven revenue tracking and comparison to prior eventsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fieldExcellent listening, written, verbal and proofreading communication skillsProven experience developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsUnderstands market data, trends, patient attitudes and behaviors and the competitive landscape to maximize current and future opportunitiesMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityExperience with marketing automation and other digital toolsBenefits:Competitive Compensation Package - Offering a salary that recognizes your skills and experience.Health & Dental Benefits - Comprehensive coverage to prioritize your well-being.401(k) Matching - Plan for the future with our generous 401(k) matching program.Aesthetic Industry Perks - Enjoy free and discounted services and products.Great Culture & People-First Organization - Join a fun, drama-free environment that rewards collaboration and values those who help foster a positive workplace.
