Position Overview: Reporting to the Brand and Design Manager, the Creative Coordinator will assist in

the oversight and management of Atlanta Track Club’s brand and registered marks as well as those of its

licensed partners. This includes Atlanta Track Club, Atlanta Track Club Elite, Atlanta Track Club

Foundation, Running City USA and Kilometer Kids. This position will also collaborate on the concept,

design and creation of branded elements for Atlanta Track Club events, programs and initiatives. This

includes but is not limited to signage, apparel, medals, race numbers and print and digital

advertisements. The Creative Coordinator will also schedule and coordinator freelance photographers

and videographers during events.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Design event collateral, including but not limited to signage, apparel, medals, race numbers, advertisements, and branded merchandise.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align creative strategies, themes, and plans for Atlanta Track Club events, programs, and social media channels.
  • Assist in the creation of branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate and direct the work of freelance photographers/videographers, ensuring alignment with Atlanta Track Club’s brand and quality standards.
  • Manage Atlanta Track Club’s photo library, including the organization, storage, and retrieval of all media assets.
  • Support in content generation efforts for Atlanta Track Club’s social media and merchandising channels, including assisting with photography and videography.
Requirements:
  • College degree or higher in an art-specific focus.
  • 2-3 years of graphic design and brand coordination experience required (non-profit brand management a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Premiere.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work creatively within established guidelines.
  • Familiarity with the running, walking and fitness community.
  • Must be highly organized self-starter, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage a complex mix of opinions and inputs across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to manage load-in/load-out processes at events (including heavy lifting, up to 40 lbs).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended weekday hours as needed.
