Location: New York City (NYC) or Los Angeles (MUST WORK ON-SITE, NO RELOCATION)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $220,000 (DOE)

We're looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive seller acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms for sneaker culture and luxury streetwear.
Key Responsibilities
Seller Acquisition & Partnerships – Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier sneaker and fashion resellers to expand our platform’s offerings.
Market Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of sneaker culture, emerging brands, and resale market trends to target the right sellers.
Strategic Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align seller acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
Seller Performance Optimization – Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales and engagement.
Data-Driven Decisions – Analyze sales trends and customer demand to optimize product selection and pricing.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring – Secure competitive deals and agreements that drive revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in sneakers, fashion, apparel, or luxury goods.
Industry Network: Strong relationships with sneaker brands, streetwear labels, and resellers.
Passion for Sneakers & Fashion: Deep understanding of sneaker culture, resale market trends, and consumer behavior.
Proven Success: A history of driving growth, increasing seller engagement, and closing high-value partnerships.
Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key players in the industry.
Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and seller performance.
Negotiation & Sales Acumen: Skilled in closing deals, structuring partnerships, and creating mutually beneficial agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams to execute strategies and drive results.
