Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Marketing Director who thrives in a hands-on role. As the first Marketing Director at Vision On, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and the execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who brings both expertise and proactive participation, finding energy and passion in leading while actively executing to get the job done; implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Your role will involve developing campaigns, crafting content, managing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring the success of all marketing activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Plan and manage omnichannel campaigns that generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth, positioning Vision On as a leader in the e-commerce image editing industry.
  2. Campaign and Content Management: Strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels that drive engagement. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and new opportunities for messaging.
  3. Digital Marketing and Website Management: Enhance Vision On’s digital visibility by managing SEO, SEM, and email marketing initiatives (including website optimization for lead conversions). Integrate webform fills, search analytics and lead data into HubSpot CRM.
  4. Vendor Management: Hire, manage, and collaborate with external contractors for creative design, copywriting, web development, and paid media.
  5. Event and Trade Show Strategy: Develop strategies to maximize impact and return on investment of event and trade shows.
  6. Innovation and Technology: Stay current with advancements in marketing technology (MarTech) and artificial intelligence (AI) to innovate and improve marketing effectiveness.
  7. Sales Support: Produce pitch decks and sales materials tailored to target markets.

Applicants will need experience with the following tools and platforms:

  • Webflow
  • Google AdWords, Site Analytics and Search Console etc.
  • SEO/SEM Keyword tools (SEM Rush, Ans. the public, etc.)
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Mailchimp
  • Social Platforms: LinkedIn Ads, LI Sales Navigator, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • WeTransfer
  • Adobe Suite / Working knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier etc.)
  • AI powered marketing tools and apps

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years B2B Marketing experience strategizing, managing and executing the following.
  • Website SEO
  • SEM (Google Ads and related tools)
  • LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Marketing contractors

Other Qualifications

  • Marketing calendar creation and management
  • Trade show research and planning
  • DAM software experience
