We are seeking a Digital and Website Marketing Manager to contribute to the success of the Marketing Department by utilizing marketing department resources to implement best practices and to apply The Rusnak Standard to develop, execute and monitor online marketing campaigns to drive new / used vehicle sales, service, and parts customer opportunities and to provide superior client and associate satisfaction. Please note that the Digital and Website Marketing Manager requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain the company’s reputation and brands via web presence and campaigns Manage online marketing programs including sales and service specials, website content, email, display, SEM, and SEO. Initiates work starts for creative direction to digital agency and internal team. Utilize digital agency and internal resources to ensure that Rusnak websites and website campaigns include current factory incentives and localized content. Ensures information is current and correct. Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with vendors including but not limited to Sincro Digital, Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, Roadster, Reputation.com and other 3PL providers to facilitate digital marketing. Maintain positive relationships with vendors while holding them accountable. Lead and supervise email campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Utilizes internal and agency resources to develop creative that drives customer response. Lead website team and ensures websites meet both OEM and Rusnak standards. Prioritizes and collaborates with store digital requests to ensure requests are completed on time. Ensure that all Rusnak and OEM websites meet manufacturer standards. Manage digital agency relationship for all digital marketing. Goals: Drive traffic and reduce cost per inquiry and cost per acquisition. Monitor Google analytics accounts and other web analytics tools. Manage quarterly analytics reports; ensure integrity of data. Make recommendations for performance optimization based on data to improve quality and quantity of website traffic. Develop and manage written and video content for Rusnak portal, store mandatory websites and social media platforms. Supervise and manage dealership and Rusnak group social media presence. Utilize agency and internal resources to develop content and drive social media engagement. Supervise management of dealership and Rusnak group online reputation. Utilizes agency and internal resources to improve online reputation. Coordinate dealership responses to customer feedback. Works directly with social media team to help build cohesive campaigns across all digital marketing platforms. Find digital and emerging media tech through research and from attending relevant conferences, webinars and workshops. Deliver recommendations to the Marketing Director based on data. Troubleshoot website and online inventory discrepancies using all backend tools including CDK, vAuto, CDK DMS, and others. Work as needed with vendors and dealership staff to resolve issues. Oversee creation and posting of original, organic and paid social media content that promotes Rusnak brand awareness and preference. Develop brand awareness in major online paid platforms, including setting goals, designing, and implementing social media marketing campaigns. Manage content of company organic social media presence, including but not limited to training dealership social media advocates, (on an approved basis) overseeing marketing accounts, and dealership accounts across all relevant social platforms to promote brand intent. Manage search engine optimization to generate quality inbound social media traffic to support sales. QUALIFICATIONS Preferred: Undergraduate college degree in Business, Marketing, English or Communications. Required: Minimum of 5 years in position of Marketing Coordinator, Lead, Supervisor, or similar positions in automotive, retail, or hospitality. Required: H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 5 years retail related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. At least eighteen (18) years of age. Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
