A well-established Commercial Real Estate company serving South Orange County has an opening for a Marketing Administrative Assistant. We're looking for someone that is professional, computer savvy and detail oriented. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with some flexibility. The pay ranges from $55K-$70K salary (or $26 to $33/hour), depending on experience.
Marketing Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Create and refine scheduled marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, postcards, presentations, proposals, email campaigns, and property listings, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.
- Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring accurate property information, engaging visual content, and optimal user experience.
- Ensure the meticulous management of escrow transactions, while maintaining precise communication and document exchange in strict adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Occasionally answer telephone and direct calls
- General administrative and electronic file management
- Scan documents for electronic filing
- Prepare letters, offers and lease contracts
- Prepare real estate contracts using template software
- Prepare bulk mailings
- Assist with design and preparation of marketing material
- Experience with computers and relevant software applications such as Word and Outlook
- Proficient with DocuSign
- Graphics skills such as Canva, Word Press, Square Space and In Design
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and able to follow directions
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Reliability, punctuality is a must
- Independent worker in small office environment
- Real Estate background or license is a plus
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $33.00
