About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write the knowledge center, feature articles, user guides, release notes, how-to guides, and illustrations.
2. Plan, organize, research, write, edit, review, publish, and maintain help manuals.
3. Collaborate and work with the technical teams to obtain a deep understanding of software products and documentation requirements.
4. Write complex product information and process it into simple, polished, and value-added content for end-user guides and help manuals.
5. Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for content restructure and improvement.
6. Should be able to write easy-to-follow and illustrative content that can be understood by clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
7. Conduct competitive studies and research to find the best way to illustrate the product's features.
