How you contribute to our success
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion across multiple touch points such as print, web, and digital design. This position is an integral part of the Marketing team, working closely with content strategy, demand generation, event support, and social media, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Business Development to refine and expand Navigate’s brand identity. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is pivotal in supporting marketing campaigns, driving demand generation to fuel the company’s revenue growth, and managing the Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive and visually impactful branding.
Success in this role comes down to creating innovative, on-brand designs that truly connect with our target audiences and strengthen the company’s identity across every platform. It’s about delivering top-notch marketing and sales materials—like campaigns, website graphics, social media content, and event branding—that not only look great but help drive business goals.
Your Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community
  • Be Navigate’s biggest brand champion by creating designs that truly reflect the company’s identity and brand guidelines.
  • Create stunning, brand-aligned designs that captivate and stand out on every platform.
  • Create high-quality video content by working with cross-functional teams to design and produce impactful assets for various platforms.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create campaign materials, like display ads, whitepapers, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and infographics that make an impact.
  • Support the sales and account management teams with engaging tools such as brochures, sell sheets, presentations, sales decks, and templates.
  • Strengthen the brand’s overall look and feel by designing website graphics, event branding, and maintaining a consistent style across all external materials.
  • Take on a mentorship role by guiding junior designers, providing creative direction, and aligning design goals with broader business objectives.
  • Improve workflows and processes by simplifying approvals and keeping projects efficiently tracked.
  • Stay sharp with marketing tools and systems to keep everything running smoothly and effectively.
  • Use clear, confident communication to meet deadlines and follow up with care.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves to refine and improve creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to produce marketing campaigns and sales materials.
  • Ensure all design projects meet high standards by maintaining organized tracking systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing leadership to bring strategic initiatives to life.
  • Stay adaptable and ready to take on new opportunities as they arise.
  • Juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach.
