Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position: Front End, UX Developer

Location: Sandy Springs – hybrid onsite: 1-2 days onsite is expected

Duration: Permanent / Full-time position

Bill Rate: $80,000 - $120,000

One of Insight Global’s Insurance clients is looking to bring on a net new UX Front End Developer to join their team in Sandy Springs. This will be a hybrid model role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the look and feel of digital platforms that face the customer.
• Build out personas and ensure the design embraces modern web patterns.
• Collaborate with the mobile app team to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Maintain the corporate website to align with brand guidelines.
• Create marketing materials and support the marketing team as needed.
• Utilize wireframing tools such as Figma, InDesign, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Implement responsive design principles and ensure mobile-first development.
• Work with frameworks like Angular and ASP.NET.
• Participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and contribute to high-level QA.
• Conduct competitor research to inform design decisions.

Qualifications:

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-5 years of experience in front-end development.
• Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, InDesign, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong with Angular framework experience – latest versions preferred
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with digital marketing and creating marketing materials.
• Research skills to compare competitor platforms.
