A Perfect Bloom Memphis is seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Collierville, TN. As a full-service florist, we create beautiful and unique arrangements for weddings, events, sympathy, and everyday occasions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and a keen eye for detail. They should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and design floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
2. Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences
3. Source and select the best quality flowers and materials for each project
4. Prepare and arrange flowers in a visually appealing and creative manner
5. Ensure timely delivery and set-up of arrangements
6. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and seamless design experience for clients

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Floral Designer
2. Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
3. Strong design skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
7. Knowledge of floral design software is a plus
8. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
