Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote job openings, and communicate with clients.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for specific roles or client needs.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the staffing or healthcare industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management software.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and target audiences.
