Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires expertise in crafting compelling communication, executing digital marketing campaigns, and managing public relations initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute marketing plans that incorporate communication, digital marketing, and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
  • Content Creation & Communication:

    • Craft clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and advertisements.
    • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Digital Marketing:

    • Design and oversee digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
  • Public Relations:

    • Develop and manage PR strategies, including media relations, press outreach, and crisis communication.
    • Act as a spokesperson and liaison between the company and external stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Present performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and PR.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proven experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and media contacts.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
