Company is a domestic and international leader in water meter testing and technology services, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients.

Location: Ocala, FL - Hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Position Summary:

Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads. This role requires a combination of analytical skills to monitor market trends and creativity to develop compelling campaigns. Proficiency with digital platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, and Microsoft Office are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company activities.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the marketing and sales support team.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, such as tradeshows, efficiently.
  • Lead corporate promotion efforts and new product launches.
  • Monitor marketing performance and submit reports.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources across marketing projects.
  • Act as the company's representative to external parties, including media, stakeholders, and clients, building strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to optimize email and advertising campaigns.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and business plans.
  • Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Asana).
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools (e.g., WebTrends).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to multitask and manage evolving responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MSc/MA is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales operations, marketing, and administrative support with direct customer interaction.
