As a Social Media Communications Manager at Blueprint, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy. Your primary focus will be to enhance our brand’s presence across various platforms, engage with our audience, and cultivate a vibrant online community. This position involves creating compelling content, analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to promote our goals and initiatives.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Blueprint’s branding and marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Grow and engage our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns that support our overall messaging.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility and engagement with key audiences.
  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of engaging social media content.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visual content.
  • Experience with community management and customer service practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of the health and wellness or eCommerce industries is a plus.

Benefits

Salary Range: $70-90k
