The Recruitment Marketing Intern will assist with the day-to-day requirements of PS&D's job posting process including copy creation, posting placement, posting accuracy and performance reporting. The role demands excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Please note the following important details regarding this role:
- We welcome remote work for residents who live in one of the following States:
- Washington
- Oregon
- This role is a per diem / on call, part-time temporary non-benefitted position
- Length of Internship: Anticipated to last between: February 2025 - August 2025
- The Internship will last approximately 6 months and is anticipated to end around 8/29/2025, however, this may change based upon an actual start date for the role and department needs
- Work Hours Scheduled Weekly: Between 20-30 hours
- Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Coursework/Training: Acceptance to, or current enrollment in, a four-year college or university for an Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Coursework/Training: Coursework in marketing, business communications or another related field of study
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- No actual work experience in a Marketing or Digital environment is required
- Previous work experience demonstrating responsibility and initiative is a plus.

- Washington: Western: Min:$16.63, Max: $23.64
- Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min:$15.95, Max: $22.68
- Washington: Eastern: Min:$14.20, Max: $20.18
- Washington: Southeastern: Min:$14.87, Max: $21.14
