Location: Lake Ariel - 3 days, Matamoras - 2 days
Pay: $19–$22/hour (biweekly pay, based on experience)

Join our team as a LIHTC Property Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property. We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional passionate about providing quality housing while ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations.

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC guidelines, including maintaining organized resident files
• Manage maintenance requests and vendor services
• Conduct annual recertifications and file audits
• Collaborate with regional and assistant regional managers to meet property goals

• Previous property management experience (LIHTC experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software (knowledge of Yardi or similar systems is a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
