JOB SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the Company's marketing goals. This includes developing creative assets for both internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to produce engaging materials across various platforms and supports the Director of Marketing in executing additional marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Design marketing and advertising materials for the Landmark brand and its communities, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Design elements for internal company communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms, including the company website, signage, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning and execution of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to manage advertising placements and coordinate efforts with publications.
  • Edit, resize, and optimize images for use in listings, the website, and advertising materials.
  • Design and coordinate company signage.
  • Maintain inventory of signage and branded materials.
  • Assists with the coordination and staffing of company events.
  • Accomplish other tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing or the executive team.

COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices and principles.
  • Must be creative and artistic with a good eye for design.
  • Knowledge of media placement and graphic design concepts.
  • Experience with CAD helpful but not required
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to plan and organize one’s own activities.

The noise level in the work environment is mild to moderate. The primary room environment contains ambient room temperatures and lighting as found in a typical office environment.
