As part of our marketing team, you will be an individual contributor working closely with our product, marketing, operations and sales teams to build and execute high-performing product launches. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the Harri organization-playing a critical role in scaling the company through well executed releases and enablement.As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive launch plans to successfully bring new B2B tech products to market. You will work closely with the product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products resonate with target customers and drive business growth.This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and customer empathy to position our solutions effectively and generate demand. You will be a key contributor to our quarterly product release cycle, leading all marketing activities from pre-launch through post-launch phases.Key Responsibilities:Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new B2B technology productsCreate compelling product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to attract and convert target customersCollaborate with our demand gen leaders to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate salesCollaborate with sales teams to enable effective product demos, sales collateral, and client presentationsAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to continually refine product marketing effortsMeasure and report on the performance of marketing programs, providing insights to optimize future initiativesStay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to enhance the product launch processDevelop and maintain customer personas, use cases, and success stories through direct customer research and collaboration with customer success teamsInform our event strategy with key product differentiators, work with the onsite team to develop assets and talk tracks. Experience and Skills:5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B technology industryDemonstrated track record of successfully launching new products and driving measurable business impactStrong understanding of the enterprise software and cloud technology landscapeExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narrativesProficient in marketing technologies and data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performanceCollaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other teamsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldExperience with Agile development methodologies and quarterly product release cyclesFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Understanding of software development life cycles and technical product roadmapsThe salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000 (USD). *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a complete listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
