Creative Director Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy and creative direction of consumer facing Meta campaigns.
- Manage development of creative executions across all channels that strongly resonate, while maintaining consistency for the brand.
- Partner with creative agencies as well as roll up sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch-points.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications planning, organic social and influencer, media) across all work streams to influence and align on business efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in building consumer brands globally.
- 5+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team members.
- Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environment.
- Experience working with data & insights.
- Creative Direction experience across TV, digital, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media.
- Experience partnering with and influencing Chief Marketing Officers and other executive stakeholders.
- Communication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal leadership and manage their expectations.

Compensation
$174,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
