We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This part-time position focuses on post-production of media content showcasing various robotics demos. The ideal candidate will leverage their video editing, motion graphics, and design expertise to create polished and engaging visual content.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance video content for robotics demos, ensuring high-quality results.
• Create and integrate motion graphics to improve storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Manage video production data efficiently, ensuring organized and accessible assets.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, including independent, corporate, film, or TV projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools: Adobe After Effects or DaVinci Fusion.
• Experience with media encoding and compression tools like Adobe Media Encoder, FFmpeg, or Handbrake.
• Strong organizational skills in managing video production data and assets.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with other areas of media production, such as video/photography techniques.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes, ability to create software tools for specific media tasks.
• Experience in 3D modeling, animation, or rendering tools (e.g., Blender or similar).
• Proficiency in adjacent media editing tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
