Function: To provide critical support in executing marketing initiatives, managing administrative responsibilities, and enhancing customer engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Collaborate on planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, digital and print advertising.
- Ensure overall brand consistency and messaging by maintaining merchandising and display material for each branch and counter locations.
- Coordinate and maintain a calendar of marketing events and advertisement schedules.
- Support the management of annual Co-Op budgets, including invoice submissions and vendor communications in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Content Development and Social Media
- Develop and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
- Post and interact on Revco’s social media platforms and maintain a regular content schedule.
- Utilize various modes of communication available, such as mobile push-notification, email lists, phone messages, digital counter displays and TVs, to convey relevant announcements to our customer base.
Event Coordination
- Support the organization and execution of onsite and off-site events such as counter-days, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other promotional events.
- Facilitate community donations, sponsorships, and charity events as directed.
Customer Engagement and Administrative Support
- Manage customer relations by engaging with customers via social media, email correspondence, and website requests.
- Maintain and update customer databases, track marketing metrics, and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and managing marketing supplies.
Competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- PC/proprietary proficiency for data entry and utilization of business application software including web browsers, internet search engines, email and calendar use, familiarity with the MS Office suite, and database searches.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Familiarity with website design and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong foundation in data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from metrics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reports to: Director of Sales & Operations.
Coordinates with the General Manager, Sales Managers, and IT Manager weekly to ensure marketing goals are aligned with Company Vision.
