Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from digital campaigns to market research. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing initiatives by coordinating marketing efforts and assisting with various projects designed to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement.

Pay: $20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Job: Full time

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
2. Conduct market research and analyze trends to assist in strategic planning.
3. Create and edit engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media and email campaigns.
4. Support the design and execution of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
6. Maintain an organized archive of marketing materials and digital assets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
4. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
