Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

We are looking for a great PR Account Manager!

Love Communications’ mission is to drive results overnight and build brands over time. We're a full-service advertising and public relations firm with a passion for creativity, strategy and innovation—and we're looking for a motivated PR Manager to grow with us. A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience at a PR firm, advertising agency or business organization in marketing, communications or advertising–or related education–and be smart, proactive, professional, energetic and have a positive attitude. This person reports to the VP of PR and/or the Director of PR.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects and maintain strong organizational skills to ensure effective execution.
2. Develop and execute communications and PR strategies in alignment with client goals.
3. Write and edit a variety of content, including press releases, web content, client proposals, and other materials, often under tight deadlines.
4. Research and pitch compelling story ideas to online and offline media, with a strong understanding of Utah-based outlets.
5. Plan, organize, and execute press events, client meetings, and related activities as needed.
6. Compile and maintain meeting minutes, media reports, media distribution lists, and client status reports.
7. Monitor and track media coverage to report results to clients.
8. Lead client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
9. Foster and leverage existing relationships with local media to enhance client outreach and visibility.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of an undergraduate college degree (degree in PR or related experience preferred).
2. 2+ years of experience in the industry or related education.
3. Resume of successful work.
4. Positive references and writing samples.
