Remote with onsite visit once per quarter.

Title: UX Designer

Location: Remote but must go on site once a quarter in Dallas for PI Planning

Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-friendly applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
• Candidates need to have UX micro Front end experience and concepts
• Must have experience with front line user requirement gathering. They’re interviewing mechanics and maintenance for what they want the look and feel of the UX to be like.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and how they can be leveraged in application design is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that are optimized for mobile devices.
• Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience best practices.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly for mobile and cloud-based applications.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
