Content Strategy Manager
IntePros is seeking a Content Strategy Manager to join our premier client within a critical strategy team. In this role, you will support programming strategy across the content lifecycle, leveraging data-driven audience insights to optimize their offerings and meet audience demands. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, business, or entertainment with a strategic mindset and excellent quantitative skills.

Skills Required:
  • Business, Finance, Marketing, or Entertainment Experience (5+ years)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data-driven audience and portfolio insights to inform programming needs.
  • Support strategy leaders in title programming strategy across the full content lifecycle.
  • Author business documents to communicate the state of the business and recommend new initiatives.
  • Analyze product's content offerings and recommend replacements to meet demographic and genre needs.
  • Research and evaluate new genres for investment, preparing leadership reports.
  • Make financial decisions regarding content additions and removals within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with studio partners to identify and acquire the best content for the product.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Conducting content portfolio analysis and making strategic recommendations.
  • Preparing programming slate reviews and quarterly business reports.
  • Ensuring data quality and delivery for the Global Plan of Record.
  • Providing audience data for greenlight decisions.
  • Writing strategic documents to support business initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:
