Arrowmac is hiring: Graphic Production Designer in Los Angeles

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing creative concepts to life across a variety of media. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and other team members to produce high-quality visual materials that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Take conceptual direction from the Art Director and create original graphics for client projects.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through production.
• Support the execution of new creative ideas (i.e., marketing campaigns, event collateral, etc.).
• Knowledge of both digital and print production is a must.
• Package and preflight files for release to vendors or printers.
• Works well within a team and likes to collaborate.
• Excels in a fast-paced environment and is proactive and self-managing.
• Ability to switch gears from project to project, as deadlines shift.
• Extremely detail and solution-oriented with strong listening and communication skills.
• Assist with setting up and training freelancers.
• Other related duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent knowledge of typography and color theory.
• Strong understanding of print production processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
